i stayed one night on the way to my cruise the size of the double room impressed me the bathroom was clean i found the decor quite nice the location was fabulous right next to the rail station plus it's inside a mall i had easy access to shops.
the only slight issue i faced was the self check-in system i had to go to their partner hotel to get a physical key card it meant a bit of trailing luggage across town.

the staff was kind and helpful upon arrival at the alternate location to pick up the key they provided clear directions to the room it made the process smooth despite the initial inconvenience.

The location is great and within walking distance of many attractions. The room service was tidying up the room and bringing plenty of clean towels.
The check-in process was a NIGHTMARE. I did NOT receive the access code by email or WhatsApp and there was no one available to assist.

the location proved supremely convenient, with easy access to transportation and attractions. i appreciated the simple check-in and check-out, handled via a coded wall box. its situation within a large commercial center meant supermarkets and cafes were close. i found the experience surprisingly charming.
A minor issue involved the shower design, as it caused some water spillage onto the floor. it dried quickly.

The hotel is excellently placed, just a short walk from various transport hubs. the tram station is about five minutes away, a definite plus. reaching both the train station and historic city center takes less than ten minutes. AMAZING!!!

The mobile app check-in system caused me huge problems. i received no details until 3 pm on the day, a terrible time when trying to manage luggage and travel. finding the actual reception desk became a real headache, a struggle i didn't need. also, the air conditioning didn't work at all. The room was like a sauna. i expected better for the price i paid.
